We are pleased to inform you that CHEMEXCIL in association with GPC & COSMED Group is organizing Webinar on “Knowing obligations under cosmetic regulations in Turkey”.
According to the Turkish Cosmetic Regulation, a manufacturer means any natural or legal person who manufactures a cosmetic product or has such a product designed or manufactured and markets that cosmetic product under his name or trademark. The manufacturer must register his cosmetic company on the Turkish Cosmetic Notification Portal (UTS) and must have a Responsible Person with an appropriate level of professional competence and required experience.
According to Cosmetic Regulations, the products must be notified to the Turkish Cosmetic Notification Portal (UTS), and Product Information Files (PIF) should be ready before the products are placed in the market.
Turkish Cosmetic Regulation complies with the EU Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009. Cosmetic products should be safe under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use. In particular, risk-benefit reasoning should not justify a risk to human health.
