ABOUT EXHIBITION:
The Agri Business Global Trade Summit is a global sourcing event for crop protection and plant health products. Its core attendees work in the upstream value chain as manufacturing companies, export and trading companies, importers, and distributors at the national level.

Council has booked a very premium space of 90 Sqm (10 Stalls of 9 Sq. Mtrs) in INDIA PAVILLION. Charges for 9 Sqm = Rs.3,55,000/- kindly note that Chemexcil has booked the space only for 10 stalls under MDA scheme.
In order to provide space to more Member Exporters it has been decided to divide a Booth into Table Space. The participants of the Table Space shall be provided One Table, Two Chairs and one panel for Banner. The charges for the Table space will be Rs.1,77,500/-. Since there is limited space left, your early reply in this regards is highly appreciated. KINDLY NOTE THAT THE TABLE SPACE HOLDERS WILL BE GETTING RS.75,000/- MDA TOWARDS TABLE SPACE.
The space will be provided under CHEMEXCIL BOOTH with CHEMEXCIL Name Facia. No separate Name Facia will be given to the Table Space Holders.
The allocation of the Booths/Table Space will be done on first cum first serve basis. Since there are limited numbers of booths available you are requested to send your confirmation at the earliest.
The organizer is likely to change the floor plan therefore we have not attached the same herewith. However, the revised floor plan of the booth is awaited and will be sent to interested participants shortly.

Please note that since USA-Florida comes under General Area, the participants are eligible to get only MDA towards Stall Charges of Exhibition to the tune of Rs.1,50,000/- FOR BOOTH HOLDERS AND Rs.75,000/- FOR TABLE SPACE HOLDERS or actual and no reimbursement of Airfare

IMPORTANT: - The said exhibition shall take place only if there is a minimum participation of 10 member-exporters.

THE FIRM SHOULD BE A MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL AT LEAST FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS.

The export of the firm in immediate preceding year should not be more than 30 crores, even if there are no exports; the participants are eligible for MDA. However, the companies whose export turnover is more than 30 crs can participate in the event but will not be eligible to get MDA benefits.

Participant should submit export returns regularly to the Council.

The firm should register the tour 14 days in advance from the date of departure by submitting application (attached herewith) where date of receipt of application by the Council and date of departure is not considered for counting 14 days.

Since there are limited stalls, the stalls will be allocated on first come first serve basis after receipt of full payment.
