Dear Members,
We would like to inform you that the O/o Directorate General of Foreign Trade, New Delhi has issued Public Notices/ Circulars/ Trade Notices, respectively, regarding Amendments in HBP of FTP 2015-2020, related to Facility of Clubbing of Authorisations, Relief in Ave E.O in terms of Para 5.19 of HBP of FTP 2015-20 and Application in ANF -2D submitted for seeking policy-procedure relaxation in teams of para 2.58.
The gist of the above said DGFT updates are as follows:
