Notifications pursuant to recommendations of 28th GST Council Meeting held
on 21/07/2018

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in continuation of our circular dated 23/07/2018 informing you about the recommendations of 28th Meeting of GST Council held on 21/07/2018 wherein several decisions were taken related to return simplification/ to exemptions / changes in GST rates / ITC eligibility criteria, rationalization of rates / exemptions and clarification on levy of GST on services.

Seeks to amend Notification 01/2017-Integrated Tax (Rate),dt. 28-06-2017 to give effect to the recommendations of the GST Council in it’s 28th meeting held on 21.07.2018

Seeks to amend notification No. 8/2017- Integrated Tax (Rate) so as to notify IGST rates of various services as recommended by Goods and Services Tax Council in its 28th meeting held on 21.07.2018.
