4. Exhibitors who would like to join this exhibition is eligible to get reimbursement of Stall Charges of Rs. 1,50,000/- under Market Development Assistance scheme subject to approval of the Ministry of Commerce, Govt of India.
5. The firm should be a member of the Council at least for a period of 12 months.
6. The export of the firm in immediate preceding year should not be more than 30 crores, even if there are no exports; the participants are eligible for MDA.
7. Participant should submit export returns regularly to the Council.
8. The firm should register the tour 14 days in advance from the date of departure by submitting application (attached herewith) where date of receipt of application by the Council and date of departure is not considered for counting 14 days.
