India-Peru Trade Agreement
Comments on Margin of Preference (MoP) which can be offered on Peruvian Wish List

Dear Members,
This is in continuation of our recent circulars informing you about the on-going negotiations between India- Peru covering trade in goods, services and investment. The inputs received earlier from the members have been put-forth to the Department of Commerce.
We understand that two rounds of negotiations have already been held. The 3rdround of negotiations would be held shortly.
We have now received communication from Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals (DCPC), Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers who have shared the enclosed Peruvian wish list containing tariff lines at 8 digit code fromChapters 28, 29, 32 & 38 on which the Peruvian side has sought tariff elimination at the entry into force of the agreement.
Members are requested to check the Peruvian Wish list and send their comments onMargin of Preference (MoP) which can be offered on any of the HS CODES latest by28/11/2018 on our email ids- ed@chemexcil.gov.in, deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in &rodelhi@chemexcil.gov.in
