Inputs on creation of new HS codes for other category of Chemical Products -Regarding

Dear Members,
This has reference to our meeting with Department.
During the discussion it is felt that there is need of creation of new HS codes for other category of Chemical Products in order to have correct duty classification.
As you are aware that HS codes also called the Harmonized System (HS) Classification, (HS Nomenclature), is the World Customs Organization's Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System for products. It is an international customs classification system which allocates a unique 6-digit HS code to each group of products
Each country can modify by adding two digits or four digits as per their requirements without changing first six digits. In other words, first six digits of HS code (HTS code) are same in all countries.
Members are requested to send the inputs on creation of new HS Codes for others category of their product group as per below format on dg@chemexcil.in with copy to pw@chemexcil.in by 20th May-2022 at 3.00pm
