Issues for PTFC meeting scheduled to be held on 30/05/2019 at JNCH

The council has received communication from JNCH (Nhava Sheva) informing us that the O/o Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai Customs Zone-II, JNCH, Nhava Sheva has fixed the next PTFC meeting on 30/05/2019 (Thursday.
Members are therefore requested to send JNCH specific import/ export related issues faced, if any, latest by 18/05/2019 on our e-mail id’s ed@chemexcil.gov.in, deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in & kalpana.acct@chemexcil.gov.in .
Further, members who provide inputs are also requested to confirm availability of their senior personnel, if needed, for attending the meeting in JNCH so that in case of further queries by customs officers, the representative can provide the information. This meeting is usually organised on the appointed day at around 11.30 am on the 7th Floor, PUB, JNCH.
Your timely replies shall be appreciated and enable us collate and forward to JNCH for examination by the deadline of 21/05/2019. Agenda Points sent by us to JNCH after 21/05/2019 will not be entertained as per directions given by the Commissioner of Customs. So members may send their points, if any, at the earliest.
