We would like to inform you that the O/o Commissioner of Customs (NS-II/ III), JNCH has recently issued new Updates/ Public Notices respectively regarding Knowing Your Pendency’s of Licenses (AA, EPCG, DFIA) at JNCH, SAD Refund drive from 16.01.2019 to 31.01.2019 and Implementation of e-SANCHIT in Exports on mandatory basis.

Know Your Pendency’s of Licenses (AA, EPCG, DFIA) at JNCH

As per updates on the JNCH portal, a link has been created for checking Pendency of various authorizations of Export Promotion Schemes(Advance/EPCG/DFIA/EOU) in EP Schemes Management & Monitoring Cell at JNCH .

SAD Refund drive from 16.01.2019 to 31.01.2019

As per PN 06 dated 15/01/2019, The Commissioner of Customs NS-III, JNCH has decided to intensify the efforts to ascertain and dispose of all pending SAD refund claims by observing a special drive " SAD Refund" to be observed from 16th January, 2019 to 31st January, 2019 including Saturday.
Concerned member exporters who are having such cases may use this opportunity to expedite refunds. The details of the location, officers are available in the said PN using below link-

Implementation of e-SANCHIT in Exports on mandatory basis
As informed earlier, the facility of uploading digitally signed document on eSANCHIT was extended to all ICES locations on PAN lndia basis for all types of exports on a voluntary basis. Now as per CBIC circular vide F. No.450/148/2015-Cus IV dated 19.12.2018 and NS-II, JNCH PN no. 07 dated 15/01/2019 it has been decided to implement this facility on mandatory basis from 1st January, 2019.
