Nomination for Election to the Committee of Administration of Basic Chemicals, Cosmetics   & Dyes Export Promotion Council, Mumbai for the period 2024-26

 

 

Dear Members,

 

Council is holding the elections for three posts in the Committee of Administration for the year 2024-26. The details of which are as mentioned below:

As per the direction of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India,  Shri V.C. Chaturvedi, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade has been appointed as the Election Authority (Returning Officer) to conduct Election of Committee of Administration of Basic Chemicals, Cosmetics & Dyes Export Promotion Council (Chemexcil) for the period 2022-24 as per the Bye Laws of the Council.

 

The detailed circular signed by Shri V.C. Chaturvedi, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade and Election Authority of CHEMEXCIL along with the proposed list of eligible candidates to contest elections and the Voters list  is uploaded on DGFT website  http://www/dgft.gov.in  and CHEMEXCIL’s website https://chemexcil.in.

 

The same is also enclosed herewith as Annexure.

 

Interested candidates are requested to send their “NOMINATION FOR ELECTION” by hand-delivery or by Registered Post or by Speed Post addressed to  Shri V.C. Chaturvedi, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade & Election Authority of CHEMEXCIL, Nishtha Bhavan, 48, Vithaldas Thackersey Marg, Churchgate, Mumbai 400 020 so as to reach on or before 1st  April, 2024 by 3.00 pm.
