Dear Members,

We thank you for participating in our Panel-III VC-meeting dated 4^th June 2020.

Department of Commerce, Government of India has advised council to furnish inputs on various trade related issues of Cosmetics, Toiletries and Essential Oil Panel in order to increase the trade.

In order to discuss the same council has scheduled 2^nd Cosmetics, Toiletries and Essential Oil Panel meeting on 27^th October 2020 at 03.30pm through video conference.

The agenda of this VC Meet is as under

1. To confirm the minutes of last Panel VC-meeting dated 4^thJune 2020.
2. Review of Export performance of Cosmetic Panel (April-2020 to August-2020)
3. Trade related issues with regards to Panel – III (Cosmetic Panel) items.
4. Appraise on Atmanirbhar Bharat Strategy for Cosmetic Product Sector.
5. Any other issue with permission of the Chair.

In view of above we request members to send their trade related issues such as issues related to customs, port, bank, rules of origin, state-aid, market access issues like trade barriers that companies may be facing in third countries’ markets and, information on duties /non-tariff barriers, intellectual property rights, anti-dumping and anti-subsidy cases and developments industrial policy and competitiveness issues, products’ safety issues on deepak.gupta@chemexcil.gov.in; pwdd@chemexcil.gov.in; robengaluru@chemexcil.gov.in ; ed@chemexcil.gov.in  to take it forward in this meeting

Please note only 250-participants are allowed to attend this meeting hence participation is allowed on first come first confirm basis.
