We have great pleasure in inviting nominations for CHEMEXCIL Export Awards and Certificate of Merit for the year 2018-19, 2019-2020, 2020-21 in recognition of your Company’s/Firm’s outstanding export performance.
Since the Export Award Function could not be held due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, all awardees who were already selected for 2017-18 will be honored together with awardees from 2018-19, 2019-2020, and 2020-21.
Members who are registered as Manufacturers / Merchant Exporters with the Council having Export turnover more than Rs. 25 Crore (FOB Value) are requested to submit their Nominations along with their export performance to the following link,

The necessary details required by the Council for the selection of the Export Awards are given in Export Nomination Application- Annexure-I, II & III. You are requested to forward the nominations to the Council as per the format given in Annexure–I & II (On Company’s letterhead with seal & duly signed by the authorized person).
The selection of Awards and Certificates of Merit will be done after taking into consideration the consistency and growth achieved in exports during the last three years in reference
· For 2018-19 (i.e. 2016-17, 2017-18 & 2018-19) ,
· For 2019-20 (i.e. 2017-18, 2018-19 & 2019-20),
· For 2020-21 (I.e. 2018-19, 2019-20 & 2020-21),
Nominations and diversification of exports, both commodities and new markets etc.
Please Note :
1. Exporters are requested to send details of their products along with their respective HS Codes.
2. Products with HS Codes that fall under this Council's purview will be considered for Export awards. We will not consider the products that do not fall under the purview of the Council according to HS Code Number.
3. The export figures for the last three years should be duly certified by the Chartered Accountants for the Company, preferably by the same one who signs the balance sheet- Format enclosed as Annexure III in the Export Award Nomination Form.
4. The Exporters should submit their nominations based on the respective category in which they are registered with the Council.
5. Submit the hard copy of the self-attested nomination form attached herewith to the Council’s Head Office Mumbai by 18th August 2022.
